Text
The port authority and its duly authorized agents, and all persons acting under its authority and by its direction, may enter in the daytime into and upon any real property for the purpose of making such surveys, diagrams, maps, plans, soundings or borings as the port authority may deem necessary, convenient or desirable for any of the purposes of this act. L.1978, c. 110, s. 15, eff. Aug. 24, 1978.
