Text

If the violation within the State of any of the rules and regulations set forth in section one hereof, would have been a violation of law or ordinance if committed on any public road, street, highway or turnpike in the municipality in which such violation occurred, it shall be tried and punished in the same manner as if it had been committed in such municipality. L.1951, c. 239, p. 858, s. 2.
