2.Any violation within the State of the rule and regulation set forth in section one hereof shall be punishable, for a first offense, by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment for not more than thirty days or by both such fine and imprisonment; for a second offense, by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment for not more than sixty days or by both such fine and imprisonment; for a third or any other subsequent offense, by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) or by imprisonment for not more than sixty days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
