The bonds delivered by the Port Authority to either or both States pursuant to this act and the concurrent act of the State of New York, and any bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness issued by the Authority to provide moneys with which to make payments to either or both States pursuant to this act and the concurrent act of the State of New York, are hereby made securities in which all State and municipal officers and bodies of both States, all banks, bankers, trust companies, savings banks, building and loan associations, savings and loan associations, investment companies and other persons carrying on a banking business, all insurance companies, insurance associations and other persons carrying on an insurance business, and all administrators, executors, guardians, trustees and
