§ 32:1-139 — Repayment of advances made by states
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
Nothing herein contained shall be construed to impair in any way the obligation of the port authority to repay to the two states any or all advances paid by them to the port authority in aid of bridge construction. L.1931, c. 4, s. 22, p. 30.
