§ 32:1-134 — Right of entry upon lands
New Jersey·Title 32 INTERSTATE AND PORT AUTHORITIES AND COMMISSIONS
The port authority and its duly authorized agents and employees may enter upon any land in this state for the purpose of making such surveys, maps, or other examinations thereof as it may deem necessary or convenient for the purposes of this act. L.1931, c. 4, s. 17, p. 27.
