Text

Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, general, special or local, either state and any municipality thereof and any commission, public authority or agency of either or both of said two states is authorized and empowered to cooperate with the port authority and to enter into an agreement or agreements and from time to time to enter into agreements amending or supplementing the same with the port authority or with any other person for and in connection with or relating to the acquisition, clearance, replanning, rehabilitation, reconstruction, redevelopment, sale, transfer or mortgage of any industrial development project or facility or of any other area forming part of any industrial development project or facility for the purpose of renewal and improvement of said area as aforesaid
