The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is hereby authorized and empowered to acquire real property located within the port district by condemnation or the right of eminent domain pursuant to and in accordance with any of the procedures authorized by chapter 43 of the laws of New Jersey of 1947, as amended, in the case of property having its situs in the State of New Jersey, and by chapter 802 of the laws of New York of 1947, as amended, in the case of property having its situs in the State of New York, for and in connection with the undertaking of the air terminal access facilities set forth in section 3 of this act.
