The foregoing consent does not extend to suits, actions or proceedings upon any causes of action whatsoever accruing before the effective date of this act, other than causes of actions upon, in connection with, or arising out of notes, bonds or other obligations or securities secured by a pledge of the general reserve fund of the Port Authority. L.1951, c. 204, p. 740, s. 2.
