§ 30:9-5 — Issuance of bonds by county.

30:9-5. The county may issue bonds in the corporate name of the county to meet the expense of erecting new buildings, additions, or accommodations at a county psychiatric hospital, and making repairs to or otherwise properly fitting, furnishing, and equipping the buildings. amended 1940, c.7, s.2; 2013, c.103, s.96.
