Any such contract may provide:

(a)for the designation of the hospital or parts thereof as a teaching hospital and for access thereto by the faculty and qualified students of the college and for the use of the facilities of the hospital for teaching purposes;
(b)for such term, conditions and provisions as may be proper for the effectual establishment and maintenance of the affiliation, including the right of the college to certify to the board of chosen freeholders or the governing body of the municipality, as the case may be, the names of the persons constituting and to constitute the professional staff of the hospital and of its services and clinics and of the medical director and the administrator of the hospital and for the appointment to the respective offices or positions by the boa
