Text
The board of managers shall elect from its membership a president and one or more vice-presidents. It shall appoint a superintendent who shall hold office at the pleasure of the board. The superintendent shall not be a member of the board. The board of managers shall determine the amount of time the superintendent shall be required to spend at the hospital in the discharge of his duties. L.1947, c. 34, p. 90, s. 3.
