Text
The board of chosen freeholders shall appoint a competent and qualified administrator who shall serve for a term of 3 years. The salary of the administrator shall be fixed by the board of chosen freeholders. The administrator shall not be one of the 9 members of the board of managers, but shall serve as the secretary to the board of managers. L.1966, c. 178, s. 5, eff. June 18, 1966.
