7.If an offender fails to comply with the requirements of the juvenile offender program, the offender shall be placed in the custody of the commission to serve the remainder of the sentence originally imposed and shall be eligible for parole pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1979, c.441 (C.30:4-123.45 et seq.). The offender shall not subsequently be eligible for re-admission at any time to any program established and maintained pursuant to the provisions of this act. L.1997,c.81, s.7.
