§ 30:8-52 — Segregation from other prisoners
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Insofar as possible, persons admitted to outside labor or to a vocational training program under this act shall be segregated from other prisoners serving terms in ordinary confinement. L.1968, c. 372, s. 9, eff. Dec. 27, 1968.
