5.A managed care organization shall make statistics available regarding step therapy exception request approvals and denials on its Internet website in a readily accessible format, as determined by the Commissioner of Human Services, or the commissioner's designee. The commissioner shall determine by regulation the statistics and format of the statistics that are made available. L.2025, c.50, s.5.
