7.The iPHD Project Governing Board and the Rutgers Center for State Health Policy may apply for and receive funding in relation to the iPHD Project from the following sources: a. Grants from research or other private entities; b. Fees paid by persons or entities requesting access to iPHD Project data or the performance of analyses by the iPHD Project, which fees have been approved by the Governing Board to support the cost of preparing data for access or the performance of analyses; c. Federal grants; and d. Grants or other financial assistance from State or local departments, agencies, authorities, and organizations at the discretion of these entities, for specific projects of interest to these entities.
