3.A non-participating hospital that provides emergency health care services to a Medicaid recipient enrolled in a managed care plan shall accept, as payment in full, the amount that the non-participating hospital would otherwise receive from the Medicaid program for the emergency services and any related hospitalization if the recipient were a participant in fee-for-service Medicaid. L.2004,c.103,s.3.
