11.The Medicaid Inspector General may adopt rules and regulations, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to accomplish the objectives and carry out the duties prescribed by this act. L.2007,c.58,s.11.
