Text
Any person violating any provision of this act shall be subject to the applicable civil and criminal penalties contained in the "New Jersey Medical Assistance and Health Service Act" (P.L.1968, c. 413, C. 30:4D-1 et seq.). Any eligible person who violates any provision of this act shall be subject to a suspension of their eligibility for one year for a first offense and permanent revocation of their eligibility for a second offense. L.1978, c. 171, s. 10.
