§ 30:4D-29 — List of maximum quantity of drug to be dispensed per prescription
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Within 6 months after the effective date of this act, the commissioner shall, after consultation with the Drug Utilization Review Council and other authorities, prepare a list stating, for each prescribed drug, the maximum quantity which may be dispensed per prescription. L.1978, c. 171, s. 6.
