§ 30:4D-28 — Report to Governor and legislature
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Within 6 months of the effective date of this act, the commissioner shall submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature including but not limited to the following: a. The effects of definitional changes in the statute, such as residency and legend drugs; b. The use of drug utilization review methods in order to curtail the abuse or inappropriate use of particular drugs; c. A cost-analysis of alternative methods for administering the program and reimbursing participating pharmacists; d. The effects of excluding from eligibility those persons whose prescription drug costs are covered in part by any other plan of assistance or insurance. L.1978, c. 171, s. 5.
