Text
Any otherwise eligible person whose prescription drug costs are wholly covered by any other plan of assistance or insurance shall be ineligible for assistance under the provisions of this act. Any otherwise eligible person whose prescription drug costs are covered in part by any other plan of assistance or insurance may be required to receive reduced assistance under the provisions of this act. L.1975, c. 194, s. 4, eff. Aug. 21, 1975. Amended by L.1977, c. 268, s. 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1978.
