1.In addition to the "prescription drugs" defined pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1975, c.194 (C.30:4D-22), "prescription drugs" also means syringes and needles for injectable medicines used for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. L.1995,c.323,s.1.
