Text
The commissioner may establish adjusted reimbursement rates for skilled nursing and intermediate care facilities which experience financial hardship due to an average monthly Medicaid recipient census in excess of a percentage of licensed bed capacity as determined by the commissioner. The adjusted rates shall be adopted pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.). L. 1985, c. 303, s. 8.
