4.
a.The Children's Hospital of New Jersey shall comply with all State licensure and Medicaid requirements before any health care services may be provided at the designated schools pursuant to this act.
b.The Children's Hospital of New Jersey shall obtain authorization in writing from the Newark Board of Education to provide health care services at designated schools pursuant to this act. L.2001,c.333,s.4.
