Text

The provisions of this act shall not be construed to terminate, alter or affect any order of commitment or grant of assistance heretofore made under any law relating to the State Board of Child Welfare or the State Board of Children's Guardians, such order or grant being in effect as of the effective date of this act. Any action heretofore taken by the State Board of Child Welfare or the State Board of Children's Guardians pursuant to any law of this State, or any rule or regulation of the said State Board of Child Welfare or the State Board of Children's Guardians, shall remain in full force and effect until altered, amended or revoked by the State Board of Child Welfare pursuant to its powers and duties as now or hereafter established.
