§ 30:4C-65 — Severability
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, the remainder of the act and application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. L.1977, c. 424, s. 16.
