33.The Division of Child Protection and Permanency may compromise and settle any claim due or which may become due the division for reimbursement of moneys paid to any individual or organization for maintenance of a child. A memorandum of the compromise and settlement shall be entered in the official records of the division. L.1951, c.138, s.33; amended 1962, c.197, s.34; 2012, c.16, s.95.
