§ 30:4C-16 — Association or agency to file summary of records with petition
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Where the petitioner under section fifteen hereof is an association or agency, such petitioner shall file with the petition a summary of its records of the case. L.1951, c. 138, p. 581, s. 16.
