§ 30:4-4 — Management and authority vested in chief executive officers
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Subject to the supervision of the commissioner, the management of the several institutions and noninstitutional agencies shall be vested in the chief executive officer thereof who shall be responsible to the commissioner for their efficient, economical and scientific operation. Amended by L.1971, c. 384, s. 19, eff. Jan. 5, 1972.
