15.In addition to any other information required to be released under this act, prior to the release of a person committed under this act, the Department of Corrections shall give written notice of the person's release to the Attorney General or the prosecutor of the county in which the person was prosecuted for the sexually violent offense which rendered the person subject to commitment under this act, depending on which office prosecuted the person for the sexually violent offense. Upon receipt of such notice, the county prosecutor or Attorney General, as the case may be, shall notify the Office of Victim and Witness Advocacy of the county in which the person was prosecuted and that office shall use any reasonable means available to it to give notice of the person's release to the victi
