Text
The management, direction and control of such facilities shall be vested in the Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies. No board of managers shall be appointed and the commissioner shall perform those duties and functions which would otherwise be performed by such board. L.1957, c. 90, p. 177, s. 5.
