Text
All records, files and documents of the State Parole Board created pursuant to P.L.1948, c. 84 (C. 30:4-123.1 et seq.) shall be transferred to the board, and all rules, regulations and functions of the State Parole Board, and the Boards of Trustees relating to the parole, shall continue in force until duly modified or repealed by the board. L.1979, c. 441, s. 24.
