30:9-1. The counties of the first class shall appoint a superintendent for each county hospital and the physicians for the several county hospitals. The term of office of the physicians shall be two years. The term of office of the superintendents of the county hospitals shall be as provided by R.S.30:9-12. amended 2013, c.103, s.93.
