2.A dependent child or the parent or caretaker relative of a dependent child who would lose eligibility for the aid to families with dependent children program under the State Plan for Title IV-A of the federal Social Security Act in effect as of July 16, 1996 due to earnings from, or increased hours of, employment, or receipt of benefits under the "unemployment compensation law," R.S.43:21-1 et seq. or the "Temporary Disability Benefits Law," P.L.1948, c.110 (C.43:21-25 et seq.), is eligible to continue receiving Medicaid benefits pursuant to P.L.1968, c.413 (C.30:4D-1 et seq.) for a period of 24 consecutive months, commencing with the month in which eligibility under provisions of the State Plan for Title IV-A of the federal Social Security Act in effect as of July 16, 1996 is no longer
