§ 30:4D-13 — Enrollment fees or premium charges
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Subject to the limitations set forth in sections 7, 8 and 9 of this act, the department shall assure that no enrollment fee, premium or similar charge is imposed on an applicant as a condition of eligibility for medical assistance under this act. L.1968, c. 413, s. 13.
