§ 30:4C-29 — Payments for maintenance.
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
29.Subject to the provisions of section 30 of P.L.1951, c.138 (C.30:4C-30), payments for maintenance shall be made by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency. The Division of Child Protection and Permanency is hereby empowered to receive from the State Treasurer and from the county treasurer of each county such sums as shall be appropriated for the purposes of P.L.1951, c.138 (C.30:4C-1 et seq.), and shall cause such sums to be set up in a special account or accounts subject to disbursement by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency.
