Text
The willful failure of a prisoner to remain within the extended limits of his confinement, or to return within the time prescribed to an institution or facility designated by the commissioner, shall be deemed an escape from confinement and shall be punishable as provided in section 2A:104-6 of the New Jersey Statutes. L.1969, c. 22, s. 5, eff. April 23, 1969.
