Text
Any superintendent, or his designee, of a State correctional institution or warden or keeper, or his designee, of a county penal institution, from which an inmate is released on an interim basis pursuant to P.L.1969, c. 22 (C. 30:4-91.1 et seq.), or P.L.1968, c. 372 (C. 30:8-44 et seq.) shall notify the local police department of the intention of the inmate to visit, study, work or reside in the respective municipality. L.1977, c. 189, s. 1, eff. Aug. 24, 1977.
