§ 30:4-31 — Commitment of nonresidents
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
A nonresident of this State may be committed to a mental hospital in this State in the same manner as residents may be admitted and committed. Amended by L.1953, c. 29, p. 511, s. 11; L.1965, c. 59, s. 26.
