§ 2C:58-9 — Certain convictions to be reported

New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Every conviction under any provision of chapter 39 of this code of a person who is not a citizen of the United States, shall be certified to the proper officer of the United States Government by the county prosecutor of the county in which such conviction was had, or by the Attorney General or his representative. L.1978, c. 95, s. 2C:58-9, eff. Sept. 1, 1979.
