§ 2C:64-10 — "Quarter" defined.
New Jersey·Title 2C THE NEW JERSEY CODE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE
1.For the purposes of P.L.2019, c.304 (C.2C:64-10 et seq.), "quarter" means a calendar year quarter as follows: January 1 through March 31; April 1 through June 30; July 1 through September 30; and October 1 through December 31. L.2019, c.304, s.1.
