§ 2B:23-6 — Oath of jurors
New Jersey·Title 2B COURT ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL CODE
The following oath shall be administered to each juror: "Do you swear or affirm that you will try the matter in dispute and give a true verdict according to the evidence?" Source: 2A:74-6 L.1995,c.44,s.1.
