Text
For the purpose of this article, a hospital shall be defined as any association, corporation or other institution maintaining a hospital for public use in this state, supported in whole or in part by private charity, or owned, operated and maintained by any individual, firm, corporation, municipal or county board or body, or the state of New Jersey. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
