§ 2A:82-44 — No liability for permitting examination
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No hospital, and no officer or employee of any hospital shall be liable in any action for damages in any court by reason of permitting the examination of such hospital's records under the provisions of this article. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
