Text
When, in a proceeding under subsection h. of section 2A:67-13 of this title, the court orders the release of the person confined or restrained and his return to the charitable institution, the officers of such institution shall have full authority to put such order into effect and to call to their assistance duly constituted peace officers. Anyone resisting or interfering with the proper execution of such order shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
