§ 2A:62-9 — Opening judgment on application for relief
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Upon an application for relief from the judgment as provided by section 2A:62-8 of this title the judgment shall be opened as to the applicant, and the cause may then proceed as if no judgment had been made against him. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
