§ 2A:62-7 — Effect of final adjudication
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The final determination and judgment shall fix and settle the rights of the parties in the affected land and shall, except as provided by sections 2A:62-8 to 2A:62-10 of this title, be binding and conclusive upon all the parties to the action. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
