§ 2A:62-5 — Determination of claims by court
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
When no jury trial is requested pursuant to section 2A:62-4 of this title, or as to the facts for which the same is not requested, the court shall proceed to inquire into and determine such claims, interest and estate. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
